Content Management System (CMS) is our proprietary software utilized in the Website Development process which allows you to make changes to your Website on the fly, at any time and it is so simple to use. If you can edit a Word document, you can make changes to your Web site.
Through a password protected area of your Website you will see your site with "edit" links below each section. Simply click on the "edit" link and a document editor will appear where you can make the appropriate changes.
We have some ready made designs and themes to select from, or you can hire one of our approved designers to custom develop a Website. Once set, all of your changes to the site content are adjusted to fit the font, style and colors of the theme.

Each one of our CMS systems is pre-configured for Search Engine Optimization (SEO) during the Website Development phase. SEO is what makes your site easy to find on popular search engines such as Google and Yahoo.
Once installed, we submit your sites to important online directories to help your SEO and will coach you through this complicated and ever-changing process.

Once your CMS is installed during the Website Development phase, we will add Google Analytics to your site which will provide you with detailed information about how, when and where customers are locating your Website online. This information will help you determine which advertising, both online and offline, is providing the most traffic to your site.
You will receive a weekly report via email showing how much traffic you received, what geographic area it originated from, which sites they clicked from and what keywords they used in a search engine.
